HELP! Bought 2nd sub Vegas after last one ended, says license expired

I purchased a month of vegas over a month ago, the payment got declined yesterday so my family member let me use their card and I purchased another months sub. After the purchase it has taken me to the "Welcome!" window with a serial number with a green tick and my email address with a green tick. When I click "Activate & register immediately online" it loads for a bit then says "Your license has expired". I'm sure this can't be my old serial number it took me straight to this after the purchase with it already filled in. It says I was supposed to receive an E-mail and I never did and there was no option to send again. I ALSO can't uninstall vegas, when I try it stops 20% way through.

Strange. Presumably you've checked your spam folder in case the email went there. Probably only Magix can sort it out. Try sending an email stating your customer/order number to: infoservice@magix.net

Fixed it, turns out the payment didn't go through (face palm) it made out like it did as I tried my card first but was declined as my money is in shares so my mum let me use hers and it didn't give me the same declined message and took me to a "Welcome" screen and my mum said the payment went through but it turns out it was just the notification of the payment being declined as money was in savings acc.
