Help: button problem

I am working with DVD achitect 2 and made a DVD with 6 movies on it. I had the button set to underline. It worked fine on the computer but on the DVD player it didn't show the underline. Everything played OK but had to quess on moving to another button. I tryed making it highlight instead of underline and did the same thing.
I couldn't get this to work so I went back the DVD Achitest studio and made the same thing and everything works fine on the TV.
What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the software - go to the downloads page and check.

I am using the lastest version 2.0b. I took the video backgound out and put in a still picture and everything works but that is not how I want it. Why is the video background messing it up?

This sounds similar, though not exactly the same, as a bug that was fixed in 2.0a. The other one happened with text-only buttons and video backgrounds. Not sure if you're dealing with a bug (which I've never heard about) in 2.0b or something else entirely.

Try going to Optimize DVD, select the menu in question there, and change the Recompress setting (under Video) to Yes.
