HELP! Can't Render 2 sec audio clips. WTF?

Just spent a week building some sound FX in V9 and I am about to bouce out all the work. As I usually did in V8, I highlight the loop region and render out the wav with the "Render loop region only" button in. Every time I try Vegas 9 just keeps increasing the Rendering time and crashes (up too 7 hours LOL). WTF? I NEED TO GET THESE FILES DONE. What is going on here? should only take a few seconds as usual. I can't figure it out.

Ok, I figured what the problem was. I have 2 UAD-2 plugins on the Master Fader. Pultec EQ and Precision Maximizer. If I Bypass the Pultec it will render. If I keep it on the master fader, Vegas 9 just will not ever render the file..Worked in Vegas 8, WTF guys?

ok, another annoying bug. BTW, I am rendering out about 80 2 sec clips of audio.

Everytime I render a new file I have to DESELECT "Save Project Markers in Media File" Didn't have to do this in V8. It use to keep my last rendering settings from the previous render. Please fix this. :)
