Help / change 2D glow default setting

How do you set the 2D glow default setting to a custom setting?
I work in Vegas every day & I would like to not have to set the glow setting every time I use it.

Not sure, but I don't think you can eraze the default setting.
It's like this "Sample Text" text that we get every time we use text in the Generated Media tab. God would I get rid of that if I could...

The only possible way would be to use a script. Maybe.

Light Rays and Gaussian Blure and maybe a few others do the same thing -- I have to keep zeroing it out on first load (Set to none), then go from there. Nuisance, yes, life-threatening, no :)

I’ve some how changed the track motion – 2D glow default a while back.

So there is a way to do it – I’m just hoping that someone knows how to change it.

I can't help you, but does anyone know how to delete a 2d glow or shadow?
I tried to right click it (when I open track motion and it shows it at the bottom), I tried to click the " -" and it doesn't work! I moved a bunch of still around and now it is there messing up my new ones.

I know it's probably something stupid I am missing
Any ideas?
