Help contents and 2 VMS versions

I installed VMS 11 platinum and kept VMS 9 platinum. I can't see the help contents in the 11 version..... Can I reinstall the newer version OVER the newer version already installed to fix the help content problem?

The programs install in separate directories. They can both be installed and fully functional at the same time.

One does not overwrite or install over the other.

This is not unheard of, especially when you've uninstalled an older version after installing a newer one.

The answer is yes, you can install the newer version "over" itself again, and the new version Help section should then be available.

MUSICVID I did not uninstall the previous version.....
I tried your suggestion... but it tells me to uninstall the 3 programs (VMS 11, DVD arch 5.0 and Sound forge..... installed yesterday,) before I can reinstall the newer version....
I didn't dare do it... in case I mess up more.... So what my next step....

I wasn't aware these newer versions wanted you to uninstall before reinstalling.
I think your next step is to contact support and let them walk you through.
