i dunno whats goin on, but i've installed version a and b (not at the same time), and both crash. i've recently re-installed windows (a month ago), and scanned my hard drive for errors, and fixed it automatically (though there were none). nothing else crashes my system but vegas 5.0. i first rendered on an external drive where my projects where located (fire wire maxtor 250 gig), then i stored my files on my internal D drive and rendered to it as well. It still crashes. i don't have windows sp2 installed.

1 gig ram

dual drives with external



does anyone know what's goin on? please help, i got projects due this week!!!!!
