HELP!-Dazzle DVC-150

I have a Dazzle Digital Video Creator Analog to Digital converter. Will this piece of hardware work with Vegas Video 4.0? It is connected through my USB 2.0 port.

It won't work directly to vegas - but use your Dazzle to create/convert the video - then bring the converted video into vegas.

Only problem with that workflow, is the video will look fairly washed out, and will not be native to Vegas, meaning your previews will be slow and stilted.
Dazzle tools are not intended for professional use, and tend to frustrate the newbie market they are aimed at.
