'Help' is not working

I have recently bought Vegas Movie Studio (including Sound Forge) and Acid Studio 8. All installed and working fine.

I then uninstalled Acid Express 7.0 and now Help in all three packages no longer works. Looked in the knowledgebase and checked that the folder is indexed. All the files seem to be in the right folder.

I tried e-mailing on-line support a week ago, but no answer :-(

I am new to the software and I need the 'Help' to help!

Simply re-installing the applications will restore their Help libraries. You should not have to re-activate the software.

I always back up my shared plug-ins and help folders before uninstalling any Sony Media app. It's an occasional problem that goes back to pre-Sony days.
