Help me get the bar code out

I tried looking in preference as someone sug. but i can't find where to set start tape at zero also how do I find Vid cap30 to send it back to camera that way? I love vegas but hate that bar code.

I don't know what you mean by bar code, so i'm sorry i can't help you on that one.

But to get to the print to tape utility, just go to Video Capture again. Once you're there, click on the "Print to Tape" tab.

Thanks Chienworks for your help. I will try that now. I should have made myself clear when I said the bar code, I meant the clored bars and tone that I get when printing from time line.

Tinklady: i thought later on that might be what you were talking about. When you print to tape from the timeline, you'll get to a "Leader and Trailer" dialog box. The default length for that test pattern is 10 seconds. You can set that to 0 instead.
