if I was going to do it using the tools I have available,, AE is what I would use, and utilize Keyframe Assistant and choose Convert Audio to Keyframes for pretty simple animation to the music.

Are you referring to the audio visualization?

One simple way to do that is to screen-record an audio player that has the spectrum visualizer, like recording Windows media player while playing back the song, then add the recorded file on top track in Vegas.

I have done that for this music & video of mine:





Or you could do it in After effects:

no Lyricsgirl. I want the audio react which Nick showed the tutorial. No I want the different colors move from center to the edge in round shape like the one in my original reference.

Creating a responsive oscilloscope is easy in HitFilm3. It's actually built into the particle simulator (another reason I find myself doing more and more small jobs like this with HF instead of AE).
