Help! media manager arggg!

I dont know what happened other than I accidentaly clicked the delete tag icon , I didnt think that I was on the main video tag but all my tags disappeared!!!!!
Tried to reopen the same media libray and its the same way.
No undo function in the library anywhere, is it that fragile that a little mistake of accidently clicking the wrong thing and all the whole libray is lost.
I did a back up of the libray a while back but i constucted lots of tags since then.
I am going to try and create a new library, and drag the clips from the media bin back in and se if the tags are still/should be imbedded in the media.
ARGGGGGG!

That is a most unfortunate accident. If undo didn’t work then a dialog to remind us that this is undoable and “Are You Sure?” would be a nice option.

I wouldn’t worry about backing up the media library as much as saving the tags with the media. This way if the library gets corrupt, all you need to do is create a new library and re-import the media and you’ll have all of your tags back.

Thanks J.R. , I went back and watched your DVD again just incase there was something I forgot or could do.
Great DVD by the way, got me to start taking advantage of the MM.
I hope w V7 it is something they are working on refining. it works great the way it is but it could use a bit more features.
Fortunately, I had saved the tags or at least 85% of them so thats what I did was create a new library. tag all the save and back up.
the "are you sure" would be nice though.
It would be nice if Sony put in the right click menu of a clip "find in MM" just like find in media pool, and various other better integrations w Vegas itself.
