Help Moving Pan Crop Editing Area of video

Hi. For me, this is a difficult topic to describe in words without showing, so I created this 2-minute video to explain and show my question.

Searching the internet, all of my results are how to use Pan/Crop and move it around within the video frame, not manipulate the editing window so I can zoom in on a corner for greater control.

@forgotten-machines press space while masking will let you move the workspace.
then move that masked area to centre then zoom with mouse scrolling.

Thank you, yet another great way to do this. I thought that was for the location of the masking area, not of the workspace, thank you!
