I have a file that I edited, that has two transitions in it, a black and white filter,some event pan/crop, and some text at front and back of vid.This is 30 secs long.
What should I render this at since I will be sending it to vhs through print video to dv tape(actually again vhs).This will be destined for a tv commercial.

I tried the template for ntsc dv and I get waves on the black and white filter image as it appears on the screen.Also I have noticed a light red line coming through tv moniter when I tried to render down before.
Most noticable when things are black;backgrounds,etc.
