Help please stall on render at same point

Hi
I have a timeline 23 minutes total with stills for a montage. I have finished the project and render to avi. It stops everytime at the 17:23:00 point. I tried to render a separate avi (in loop region) from the point of the stall to the end and still get this error message: Can any one help? Win XP, 1.8 ghz and 512 ram. It is only happening on this project.

Please email the .veg project file (no media needed) to

dr.dropout@sonypictures.com

I'll check it out -

Also, check your Options -> Preferences and make sure the temp file is on a drive that has lots of space. I've had renders hang up when I had reset the Vegas options to default and the temp drive was put back onto my C: drive which only had about 1 GB of free space.

It looks like a transition is going on while a color correction is being done. Try getting rid of one of those and see if it works then.

Thanks for your replies guys, what I had were 2 clips (jpegs) that were guilty but I don't know why. I had to finish the project, so I took them out and then put them back in without the blur effect and kept the pan/crop.. The effects on each one were a linear blur with pan/crop to fade into the noise texture backround. I had many more with the same effect but no problem with them. The resolutions on the jpegs were identical. I have plenty of drive space and use the video drive for temp.and even separated the guilty part into a 10 secondj project and tried that with still same thing. I

sony epm, I don't have the veg. anymore as I changed it when I changed the clips, wish I would have saved it cause I really wanted to know what the heck was going on.
Thanks for responding
