Help to register

Hi I have recently purchased DVD Architect 4.5. However when I try to bring up the program I get a message that the trial progam has expired and to either "buy now" or "close" the program.
Having bought the program I have no way to use it because I can't get past the buy/close option. It won't bring up the program for me to insert the serial number.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times but with no success.

I can't even send an email for support because I can't access the information required eg computer number which is found by accessing help in the scs program.

Is there any way to contact Sony Creative for a remedy to this problem or can someone else help,

If you purchased and have a serial number, then when Buy Now pops up choose the option for 'Purchase via phone'... in the next screen try typing the serial that came with the purchase.

If you're trying to contact customer service and don't have the info, you can also just type anything into the fields... like 'don't know' or something. Customer service will ask and assist you if that information is needed to follow through with the support request.
