I am very new to recording videos and I have no knowledge of editing videos at all. I bought a Hauppauge HD PVR couple months ago which I record PS3 gameplay videos. I record 2-3 hours worth and then I used Windows Live Movie Maker to cut out 5-10 minutes of gameplay and then I'd go to the option Publish Movie and then I would go it in HD. Then after it does all that, I would upload it onto youtube. The video would be viewable in 360, 480 and 720. Which I was happy with, but then I started wanting to be able to edit videos a little more. Just to be able to have more editing options like adding effects and what not. So I picked up Vegas Move Studio since it was only $50. Now I have no clue what i'm doing when dealing with saving my video in HD and stuff. I learned what I needed to learn on using Video FX and transitions.
So I was hoping if someone could help me out, maybe make a small guide thats easy to understand to walk me through how to set up my video so when I upload it onto youtube it's in HD and good quality. I've been looking all over for answers and post several times on yahooanswers which no one really helped me at all. I figured this would be the best and pretty much my last place to get a answer.
Any help would be much appreciated!
