I am having an issue installing VEGAS Pro 22 using the download manager.

The file I downloaded is:
vegaspro22_dlm_je96k4
My system is:

Windows [11] 64-bit (Korean language)

Location: South Korea

When I double-click the installer:

A window briefly appears and then disappears immediately.

The process seems to start and then closes with no error message.

No installation wizard or dialog remains on the screen.

I have already tried the following:

Running the installer as Administrator (right-click → “Run as administrator”)

Downloading the installer again from the official website

Temporarily disabling my antivirus and Windows Defender real-time protection

Moving the file to a simple path (e.g., Desktop / Downloads) and running it from there

Checking if any VEGAS-related error appears in Windows Security or my antivirus logs

Despite these steps, the installer still closes immediately without displaying any error.

Could you please advise how I can proceed to install VEGAS Pro 22?
