Help w Event Pan/crop Workspace

Vegas Movie Studio Plat 7
I'm trying to move a still image down in the Event Pan/Crop window, using Y Axis adjustment and it does move in that window; but not in the preview. and, when i reopen the window, it's back to 0
Ideas?

Make sure the cursor is on the event you're applying pan/crop on an not somewhere else.
