I am using a MOTU 2408. Did a latency test, it was running over 300 ms. I was able to adjust it back to 0 by adjusting the recording latency manually.

Go to OPTIONS>PREFERENCES>AUDIO>ADVANCED, uncheck the auto box and adjust with the slider. I found that the time indicated did not match with the time change I was seeing. By trial aand error, I was able to get it to 0.

The method I use is to record a test track on track 1. I clap to produce easily identifiable waveforms. I then play the track back through one monitor and record this on another track. This allows calibration of latency for all hardware in my system.

I then expand on the time line. I then simply subtract the time difference of points on the waveform.

This has been reported by others. We are looking at the problem.
