Help: What did I press?? (remove Expanded track)

Hi,

While I was editing, I must of hit something and now I get a A = B roll on the same track. I right-mouse click on the track and unchecked the "Expand track layers". It works but if I trim a clip, the track expands again! ..and the trim clip is ghosted.

Expanded Track problem: ( I don't want expanded tracks and ghosted trim clips)

and then..
Video Preview only when playback is paused I get this:

I want the video preview to only show what I'm playing in my timeline..

Thanks

Move your mouse to the end of the event as if you wanted to trim it and double click, that should disable the Expanded Track Edit mode.
