Comments corug7 wrote on 10/5/2009, 2:34 PM I don't believe the HS300 will shoot 30p. I am pretty sure it is limited to 60i and 24p, which is one of the reasons I haven't jumped on this very capable little camera. JHendrix wrote on 10/5/2009, 3:54 PM guess ur right...manual on this thing is thin...it mentions 24p in cinema mode but only once with no detials.... guess i will shot in 60i then use these settings in vegas Project settings Field Order - Progressive Deinterlace Method - Interpolate Fields That gets you 30p out of 60i, Vegas does it in real-time Then for rendering, just make sure you choose progressive for field-order if there's an option. does this make sense?
