I had my setup working ok until installing the additional TDIF card to my Tascam board the other day, but let's start from scratch on the problem:

My setup:
Vegas Audio 2.0(g?)
MOTU 2408mkII
Tascam TMD1000 (connected by TDIF on A and B banks)

What I'd LOVE to do is receive 16 channels back from the PC and do direct mixes on the board. Before I added the extra card and reconfigured the system, I could route the Vegas busses to only stereo pairs on the MOTU & TMD1000. And NOW the monitor mix will only come through the first two channels on the Tascam, regardless of where I tell the MOTU to configure the monitor mix.

HELP! I bought the MOTU & TMD-1000 with the idea that I could have 16 in/out...8 stereo pairs (where the faders have to be brought up in pairs) isn't nearly as useful!
