***Help With Resuming DVD***

Hi, Im trying to make a DVD and have burnt a couple of discs off and my problem I cant seem to fix my problem.

Basically when you push "Stop"on your DVD remote twice (i.e. no resume) it doesnt return me to the start Menu it takes me to the start of a video clip that is on a different part of the menu. Example when im "Playing All" if i stop the DVD and cancel resume when i then press play again it will start at a clip from "Bonus footage" and not at the main menu or the start of "Play All".

I've set the start point as the "Main Menu" on the DVD and so i'd of thought it would go back there. However I believe the clip its taking me too may of been the first clip i put on the menu, though it is still at the bottom of the "media list" on the left of the program.

Any help appreciated.

sounds like for some reason on the DVD structure your menu's not first. Does the DVD preview fine in DVDA?

I wonder if the End Action for that particular clip is somehow set to the other video clip?

In the Project Overview panel, which displays in green as the link from that video?

It's also possible the Remote Button setting has been set to that destination -- but that's pretty hard to do accidentally.

The STOP/STOP (no resume) option on most DVD players will then allow you to play the FIRST file on the DVD (not necesarily what you chose as First Play, but the actual first file).

You can set the first file under the DVD Set Title Order.
