I have registered acid pro 3 I don't know how many times. And i was wondering if someone would sendme the registry file through email. Im not going to waste anymore time with this program. I spend $349.00 on this program and i am not about to have somebody force me to register it so they can sell my email to spam companys. So if you would pelase send the .reg file to Izitimage@aol.com . * Sonic foundry no response from you, I believe i can do this without your comments or replies *

Thanks

Acid 3.0 requires an activation code each time it is installed on a new system. Unfortunately there is no master registry file that will unlock the program on any machine.

The only time you are not required to register is when you've purchased the boxed product. Getting a registry file from somebody else would do you no good, because it would only work on the machine that they registered on. Registering online takes about fifteen seconds, and you're not required to provide any information.

Image, call SF at their 800 number, they will help you register, and I do not believe they take your e-mail. Also, I registered with them and provided my e-mail, and have yet to recieve spam from them, although they do send special offers on their software, which you can opt out of.

If you have the download version is there an "upgrade path" to the box version? Cost?

You could pay the difference and the shipping to have the boxed version sent to you. Call 1-800-577-6642 for more info.
