Help with V13/Border plug-in

I have several pics on the timeline with Sony's Border plug-in. When I go into the pan/crop window, if I resize them, the pics resize as expected but the border is unaffected. I was hoping to resize the border along with the pics. Is this possible or am I going about it the wrong way? Thanks.

In your Video Fx window, make sure that the Border Fx comes after pan/crop, not before.

Thanks for the quick reply, however, that is the way my Video FX window is set up. I did not realize that the pan/crop fx could be moved. Anyway, I did just the opposite and put the Border BEFORE the pan/crop and it worked as I was hoping. Thanks for the idea of moving the pan/crop fx.

That IS the way to do it. Apply the border, then resize.
