Help with Wax2.0b needed please.

Hi,

I have just installed Wax 2.0b, but have hit a problem in trying to use it.

I receive the following error messages:

Failed to initialize script engine. Please install the .NET Framework ( download is available from Windows Update )

Unable to find video event length. If you are running Vegas 4 and above, please check if you can run scripts because Wax needs that ability.

I have installed the .NET Framework.
I have tried to run some sample scripts and I receive the same error.
Does anybody have any ideas what the problem could be?

Do you have .NET framework 1.1 (not 1.0)? You can check by going to your add/remove programs menu & it will be listested.

Sometimes it is neccessary to reinstall Vegas after .NET framework was installed.

If you are unable to run the sample scripts then reinstall Vegas. When you reinstall Vegas after .net things should work fine.
