1. Scale a picture down (event/pan tool) to say 1/4 screen and center it.
2. Put the border effect on it and give it a white border to make it look like a photograph. Also click that little arrow located to the left of the border keyframe section. This will make the border surround the picture rather the full screen of video.
3. Now apply the 3d LE effect and also click that little arrow. Also move the 3dLE to the begining of the effect chain.
4. Now you can zoom or pan the picture and it will stay inside of the white border giving it a unique "how'd they do that look".
I was wondering if this was possible and sure enough Vegas can do it.
