here's something interesting with V5

so i'm trying to optimize my window layouts. i use dual monitors and vegas is running on monitor 1. i detached the video preview and mixer windows and put them on monitor 2 as floating windows. then i opened the event pan/crop window and the event fx windows, both on monitor 1. next, i docked these 2 windows so they have tabs. close this tabbed window, then click on event pan/crop and event fx again. on my system, both of these are now docked with the video preview window on monitor 2.

does this happen for anyone else?

billyboy - i knew you could do that with the windows. i just thought it was strange that the 2nd time i opened the event pan/crop, it appeared on the other monitor and docked to the preview window. the preview was a floating window that wasn't docked to anything.
