if you installed it when you were using Vegas 7 it shows up in Vegas Pro 8. It was in mine too, but I'm sure it's not, there would be no point in developing a brand new titler from scratch and then including a plug-in that accomplishes almost the exact same thing.

It was never bundled with Vegas as far as I know. You installed it.
