heroglyph 2.5 in v8?

hi,

have to match a title i did a few years back with heroglyph. just tried to install on new pc with v8 and i've got the standalone, but no integration with v8 under media generator. etc.,

am i missing something? doesn't it work with v8 or do i have to point it somewhere such as a plugin?

I had installed Heroglyph under Vegas 7.0d. When I installed Vegas 8.0 Pro it was there and I have been using it with no issues.

it was, as usual, user error. on the clean install (new pc) i forgot to check the 'use as direct x plugin for sony' box. duh!

now i'm up and running, and trying for the life of me to remember exactly how i created the titles i'm matching. half my brain is still wrapped around protitler....
