Thanks for your help ... I called SoFo via the 1-800 number and they confirmed
what you just told me, YES it is a full version and that is an introductory price.

With regards to the manuals, I was thinking of going to Staples with a cd containing
the Vegas 4.0, DVD and Mpeg manuals and have them print (double sided) hole punch
and put them in a three ring hard cover binder with 4 tabs, one tab for updates
and forum answers/solutions.

Excellent idea about the 3-ring binder. If you noticed, they have a little printer at the bottom of the threads now, so if a thread is particularly interesting to you...print the sucker and put her in the binder!
As a matter of fact, I have a few sheets I printed from the Acid forum concerning mixing technics, didn't think of putting them in a binder with my other SoFo forum print-outs I've been accumulating. Thanks for the idea!
