Hidden buttons

How do I set a zero opacity level in DVDA. In DVD Workshop it is called transparancy. I would make something like a set of brakets aound each line of text that I wanted for a selection choice and set the transparancy to 99%, on the brakets (which would hide them). Then as you use your remote going down your menu choices it would bring the brackets to full focus (1% transparecy) it gave the apperance of the brakets moving when really you where just highlighting them and changing the focus state. I did a seach for Opacity but could find nothing.

Highlighting with brackets around text is not possible in DVDA. The closest highlight option is "Underline". This can be set with the highlight style drop-down on the page properites page for the menu.

Next to the dropdown is the highlight color control. If you click on the down arrow, you can set the transparency of the highlight color by changing the A value (or Alpha value).

thanks SDB,
Is it only possible to have the same "Highlighting Style" for each button state?. For instance say I want one button as a underline and one as a mask overlay.

Yes. All buttons on a menu must have the same highlighting style.
