hiding unused tracks

often when tracking, I record my musician about ten times and then make a comp track. After adding a few instruments the extra unused tracks become a visual problem. I don't wont to take them out of the mix yet, just in case. But would like to "hide" them. I know this can be done on pro-tools. I haven't found a way on vegas. Any suggestions.

This is a feature many of us have been wanting. Folder tracks would be useful for this.

What would be really cool is the ability to hide tracks and create different views. For example view 1 might be all tracks, view 2 might be a guide track with all drum tracks, view 3 might be guide with vocals, etc...

I've been wanting track folders for Vegas ever since they appeared in Acid. They are great organization tools. Hoping they show up in V7.

Thanks for your responses. I kept looking for a feature hoping it was there. Hopeful V7 will have these qualities becuase they are so helpful. Any ideas in the mean time. Do you simply rename your mixes by doing a "save as" such as mix 1 - guitar edit, mix 2 - guitar and vocal , mix 3 and so on. then refer to them by opening them up.
