I have a DVD menu where I'm using a font called Federation. I think it came from one of those cheap Galaxy of fonts CD's.

I design the menu items with highlighting style set to "Mask overlay" and using the Federation font. When testing the menu's in DVD Architect everthing works and looks fine. But, when I render out the DVD it will have a mis matched overlay which looks almost like it's using a non bold version of the font.

Can anyone think of what would be causing this kind of problem? And why would it only happen in the rendered DVD?
