FWIW, HitFilm generally has three sales a year, and around July 4th is one of them. Currently, if you are looking to upgrade, you can get it at 25% discount. I recently posted to the FX Home forum and rec'd this response about upgrading to current version. \\I did, in fact, end up upgrading, esp. since it seems that Magix will be working more closely with FX Home in the future.
