Horizontal bars in videos

When i play back my videos there is color bars showing up all over the video. I used the trial version before purchasing the full version and this didnt happen in the trial version. No matter what format I do or option i check it still happens to put bars in the movies once and a while. Anyone know what the problem is?

Can you supply some more info like the computer you are using, what format are using for your videos, what format you are outputting it to, what are you playing them back on, describe the lines and their frequency? Thanks. Cin

Using an alienware M9700 laptop, Im outputting them to my computer. I've tried both mpg2 and wmv still lines in the movies though. The lines come up differently if I render it again so I dont know whats going on with it. The lines are coming up somewhat frequently, but at times not at all. The lines are about 1/2 inch wide and go top to bottom of the movie. Im using windows media player for playback but I know its not that because if I upload it to a stream file it plays the same. Thanks
