How can I add audio to a menu?

I must be totally missing something, but I'm simply trying to add audio to my DVD menu.

Like when the main menu first starts, it loops 15 seconds of an MP3.

I have done this easily in other DVD creator programs, but I really haven't used DVD Architect much, what am I missing?

Under the properties paine, select "Background media"->Click "Audio"-->Click on the drop down arrow and find your audio file and place it there.

Ah thanks, that worked great, I didn't see that earlier.

One more thing, say I have a 1 minute song, but only want to play the first 20 seconds of it. How would I do that?

I tried setting the "Loop Point", but that only seems to start the music at the point I selected. I thought that would be the point at which the music started over.

And even the way I have it now where it plays the whole song, it doesn't loop and play from the beginning when the song is over.

Can DVD Architect do this?

Under Menu Page Properties select End Action. Change the command from Hold to Loop. This will cause the background media to loop.

As far as in and out points, these don't seem to be available for audio. I would suggest that you create a new version of the audio file including only the desired section, then import this into DVD Architect.
