my friends birthday is coming and i want to wish him with this type of video but i dont know how can i do it so i have come here to ask you guys. please watch the video and let me know which features to use like , camera tracker or motion tracker. something like that. Mocha Pro is the most suitable tool for this job.

There is also the plugin version of Mocha for Vegas. You will need an advanced editing knowledge to work with it. Research the subject and good luck!

I agree with Joelson-Forte. Motion graphic software is designed for this type of thing.

Trying to do it manually with Vegas would drive you bonkers!
