This question has been asked a number of times over the last year or so. The simple answer is that it is no longer for sale from MAGIX. Please refer to a post/discussion from last year about DVDA which includes comments from Vegas Creative Software staff:

You might want to see if someone has DVDA for private sale through something like eBay, but be very cautious about possible scams offers.

You can still buy it with the older physical box copies of Vegas that included DVDA7 like Movie Studio 14 Platinum. That was $34 USD last time I looked. See here for more info:
