How can I remove "Master" track? dibbkd wrote on 7/14/2006, 2:47 PM I don't know what I did, but I have a "Master" track at the bottom of my tracks. It shows up even when I start a new project, or open an existing one that didn't have the Master track before. How can I remove this? Back to post

Thanks Jim H wrote on 7/14/2006, 5:07 PM "Could you be more specific?" LOL! Good one. Chienworks wrote on 7/14/2006, 5:14 PM To be honest, at first i was very tempted to just post: b but then i decided to be a little more verbose. ;) dibbkd wrote on 7/14/2006, 5:36 PM Thanks. And what does the master track do anyway? I searched the Vegas help, but didn't find anything about it. Chienworks wrote on 7/14/2006, 6:05 PM Look for "master bus" or "audio bus track" maybe. Basically it summarizes the audio busses in a single on-screen location. I'm sure there's a lot more details that others can give. Ctrl-Shift-B brings up an analagous Video Master Bus. johnmeyer wrote on 7/14/2006, 8:08 PM To b or not to b ... Lili wrote on 7/14/2006, 8:25 PM I wondered about the same thing not that long ago, but then "somehow" the master track disappeared. Must have hit the b key without realizing it. Well I'll B!! Good to know for next time it pops up.... Chienworks wrote on 7/14/2006, 8:44 PM B was pretty much supplanted by C in the late 70's. Now we use C++ and C#. Well, us *Nix-types use C++. We leave C# to the microsofties. Steve Mann wrote on 7/15/2006, 12:12 AM Best laugh I've had all week. Thanks 1
