Is there a way to render video with no audio track like you see at stock footage companies? Vegas Pro 18.

Choose "Render As..."
In the Render As window you choose your target video format and Template - there's a button "Customize Template" - click on that and then select the Audio Tab - deselect the "Include Audio" tickbox. Viola! No audio will be included in the rendered file.
