How can I target color, but make the rest blk & wh

High there, would someone please share how I could make my video clip blk & White but yet keep the color of the sun set or the flowers my brides is holding, or behind her?

Thanks I'm using Sony vegas pro 8.0 and I'm fairly competent on the 6.0 version.
