Need more info. What kind of trouble are you having? What have you tried? What is the original footage you are working with? What are you trying to render it as? etc. Cin

Well normaly I would just render it 800 by 600 since(I've tried others)
but when ever I put it on youtube it seems just to come out as the normal youtube video not hd or full screen. If you know the settings for even full screen for youtube that would be nice. But by the sounds of I need to do some more testing my self.

I render the project with the standard 1920x1080 or 1440x1080 AVCHD template.
Then upload it to youtube. Youtube's flash uploader (with that glitchy progress bar) not working correctly so I switch to old simple youtube upload method.
Wait a while while upload is finished and youtube process your video to all available resolutions. First you will see low-res video. But after several hours youtube should finish the processing of HD variants.
By the way youtube processess the interlaced video to progressive very accurate.
You can see the example here

I shoot in 16:9 format. I then set the project settings to NTSC DV Widescreen.

When I render I select Memory Stick SD NTSC Widescreen 3128Mbs

If I happen to have 4:3 footage I think I just do adjust a track or pan event to crop it properly first before rendering.
