I've been using Acid Pro for years, and just got Vegas Pro 17. How do I "beatmap" my audio with Vegas to make music videos? I need my bpm to match the grid. I operate on Windows 10.
In the projectsettings you can set the ruler to the beat and the measure of your audio. Standard setting is 120 bpm and 4 beats per measure. The grid will match the measure. This edits very accurate when snapping is set to the grid. I always use this method to edit according the beat of the audio.
I don't know why it isn't working for me. I make hip hop, so the beats are as basic as it gets; this shouldn't be an issue.
