How do I ...???

I am still new to vegas and am wondering how to load a different codec/file extension that I use with the VT2 so that I can open up those files in Vegas, and port them back over. I'm wan't to open .rtv file in vegas.

if running on the same machine use the ToasterEdit wrapper codec (VT3).

if on a different machine - you can't , unless you are running AE 5.5 and then you can use the RTV_IO.aex plug in (though you have to buy a lic i think)

or render your projects out as targa instead..

so, basically I can't use .RTV files at all in Vegas 5.0 and there's no way to add it in?
