Probably the simplest is to use the Placement tab in the text generator. Create the text event as you want it to appear and the correct length too. Switch to the Placement tab and click all the way to the left of the timeline at the bottom of the text generator window. Move the text position indicator to the left of the frame. Now click all the way to the right on the timeline and move the text indicator to the right. The text will glide from the first position to the last position while the video plays. You may need to do some experimenting to get the timing and positions correct.
Another method that adds more control is to use Track Motion. Create a still text event, then click the Track Motion button in the "header" area to the left of the track on the main timeline. This will look similar to the Placement tab, but will have much more (and complex) control. You'll also be able to see what you're doing in the preview window in real time which will make experimenting much faster. This method works for any visual clip on the timeline, not just text.
