How do I back up all the work in Media Manager

I have finally used Media manager to sort my sound effects, I don't want to lose this work.

Cools? MM are only references to the places you have setup in MM. What I have are separate MM Libraries. - Does that help?

How do you back them up? Better to ask now than to say "how do I get them back"
