How do I capture time lapse 1 frame at a time

I want to set up a video camera and have one frame captured to the hard drive every ten minutes from 4:00 AM through 4:00 PM weekdays for two months. Can Vegas do this?

Premiere can do it.

Most scripts and software chop up an existing scene to create time lapse. I want a digital time lapse recorder.

Any ideas?

Scenalyzer at http://www.scenalyzer.com/main.html has a time lapse feature that may work for you.
ImageGrab at http://paul.glagla.free.fr/imagegrab_en.htm seems like it'll do a better job though.

edit: my html attempts keep bombing out hence doing it this way :-(

Vegas capture certainly can't do it. Use Scenalyzer. It's time lapse facility is quite good and I've used it many, many times.
