I have a Sony HDV camera, edited my vid great, but when I try to compress to send to the site, it comes up with no sound or distorted. Obviously I need the best quality and the site suggests "H.264 codec"...I have no clue as to where to find that!

Can someone give me step-by-step instructions, starting from "Render AS"....I must be doing something wrong!
