How do I do to get rid of FX in audiotrack

When I enter a clip to timeline the audiotrack is always loaded with
active FX Track compression(untitled) and track Noise Gate(untitled).
(The FX button is always green from start)
Same thing if I create a new audiotrack with no video on timeline.

How do I do to make Vegas (6) open with audiotracks with no FX loaded from the beginning (FX button grey).
If I want FX I can choose later.

I think this a very basic question but I cannot find the solution
with Vegas help nor with search this forum.

1. Start new project.

2. Insert an audio track.

3. Delete all the fX from that track.

4. Add any fX to that track that you DO want to always appear (if any).

5. Right-click in any blank area of the track header and choose "Set Default Track Properties." Leave all the boxes checked, including the fX box.

6. Quit, then restart Vegas. You do not need to save the "dummy" project you created.
